reasonable stay here
sweet staff great pools extra noise hotel focus
the staff was nice. tuk remembered my child's name and was sweet. the pools are fine and interested my child.
the hotel was focused on making money. i witnessed many weddings and business events. this meant extra noise for normal guests.

charming stay
family sport multiple restaurants rum bar amazing staff
the Thai boxing training was a fun highlight, shared with my sons. it provided a family sport experience. the resort had many pools, restaurants, and nearby attractions. the rum bar at the beach was very enjoyable and i think the staff are amazing. i hope to be back again soon.
the food was average and not so good. the resort is far from destinations. it took time to get to any location. i wish breakfast are better.

the staff was very friendly and hardworking, they all were amazing. one employee named milky in the lounge stood out because she. she always smiled and was very attentive.

the private beach was fine and there were opportunities to snorkel, too. multiple pools were on site, including a pool bar and a kids pool. happy hours were available throughout the day at different bars with specialty cocktails.

excellent meals friendly staff
the thai restaurant provided excellent meals, so did the beach grill. the hotel's location offered convenient access to local markets, something i appreciated. the friendly and polite staff kept the whole place sparkling.

Fantastic Family Holiday Experience
really good service convenient shuttle quiet beach
This beautiful resort. The staff provided really good service throughout our stay. I found the shuttle service to town very convenient. The hotel also has its own quiet beach.

Our guest room featured one king bed and a pleasant pool view. The air conditioning worked well , keeping the room cool despite the humid weather. Mattresses were firm , ensuring restful sleep.

Staff members were always polite , courteous and offered warm smiles. The concierge efficiently helped us book a nice reservation for the Elephant Sanctuary. I received great hospitality and excellent service throughout my visit.

long check-in bad odor
Check-in took too long! It was a very frustrating experience after a long flight. Our room had a bad odor. Staff tried to help, but the smell remained. The coffee and breakfast quality was also disappointing.
